Form & Flexibility (5 Years Old and up)
Girls and Boys - 1 Hour Class
Monthly Tuition for 1x a week:  $93*     

Description:  A high energy class that blends gymnastics with elements of dance and acrobatics, focusing on technical execution, fluidity, and artistic expression. Gymnasts with be guided through a series of exercises and drills aimed at refining form, precision, and increasing range of motion. targeted stretching routines enhance flexibility, fostering increased agility and grace in movements. emphasis will be placed on proper body alignment, posture, and muscle control to optimize performance.
               
*$35 annual registration fee also due upon registration     


Tumbling Stars (5 Years Old and up)
Girls and Boys - 1 Hour Class
Monthly Tuition for 1x a week:  $93*     
 
Description: Our tumbling class is great for tumblers of  all levels.  The class will consist of skills and drills to help student’s master basic tumbling skills.  After the basic skills are mastered, students will begin to learn even more advanced tumbling.   Each student will work on the skills appropriate for their individual skill level.

During the school year the gymnast will have an opportunity to show off their skills at our “Showcase of the Stars”
